Here’s a blast from the past #TotoCaelo HOW HIGH

How High by Frankie Ghee  Performed by Toto Caelo 1993

Toto Caelo means “by the whole extent of the heavens”  This song features Jack Starr guitar, Flor Sanchez percussion,  Joe Drumheller bass and Frankie Ghee vocals and keyboard.  My friend Barb Morse did some keyboard work on this one.

Stay tuned for more old band tunes.  They make me smile, so I’ll share them with you.

I hope you are having a beautiful day.

Music for a Rainy Day. Life has always been good!

Remember the sun?

Hello Everyone,

It looks like we are into the dark and rainy season here in Spokane at least for the next week or so.

I wont be out busking so much, but I am always looking for a fun place to play.  Please consider me for your next gathering or event.  I’ve always wanted to play for a grand opening at a coffee shop or bowling alley.

In the mean time, here is a blast from Summers past.

Hi All

It’s supposed to be a nice afternoon. I plan to head downtown around noon today. If you find yourself near RiverPark Square, look for me. I’ll be the one with the guitar.

If I need to relocate, I’ll head up to the South hill.

Don’t forget to check out older blogs for more music and stories.

#Dark #Poetry #Morning

Morning

The robins are singing

Light, airy

Morning songs

The night crawlers are running in terror

The president is having breakfast

With coffee

The soldiers are freezing in the sand

Waiting to die

The school children are on their way to classrooms

The teenage, junkie hooker

Is on her way to bed

The sun is smiling

Drying the dew

Somewhere in another galaxy

A star is falling

A planet left frozen and dead

I set up kind of randomly in Riverfront Park today. Oh my goodness. It was so pretty and peaceful. I met nice people and promoted my blog. It was such a worthwhile outing.  I am truly grateful for this amazing Fall weather  and that people are liking my music.

I am working on getting my originals recorded and available for public usage. In the mean time here are some links to today’s music.  Remember, this is as live as it gets flaws and all.  Enjoy

I’m heading out right now determined to find the perfect sunny spot to play and sing for an hour or so. I’m not sure where I’ll land, but i’ll start at River Park Square and if that is a bust, I’ll find a place in the park. Look for me if you are out and about😎

Sometimes joy requires only waking up, looking up and calming down. Peace is already here

Main Market Pic

Yes, it is getting colder, but you can still find me singing around Spokane on and off.  Tuesday, I sat outside of the Main Market Downtown.  No one seemed to mind, and the people who stopped by were super kind as usual.

My only issue lately is the wind and the cold.  I have to be spontaneous, but if I know for sure I’ll be someplace for a while, I’ll post here or on Facebook. In the mean-time, check out videos on Facebook and  YouTube.

Thanks again to everyone who made summer street music a viable thing for me.  I’ve been having more fun than even I thought I would.

I hope September finds you warm, safe and happy.
