A Friend in Need
I am crisis awaiting its moment
I am the drama queen
I am the burden you must carry
The slightly heavy brother
Not afraid lean
I am the soon so broken heart
The jilted lover who will brood
I am the constant friend in need
You’ll want to plan on comfort food

When I got to Huckleberry’s to play, there was someone already there, so I spent about an hour singing in front of Hico Mart on Perry. Nice people stopped by and the sun came out to make it really pleasant.
I went back to Huckleberry’s after that because I had called ahead and gotten permission to do my thing this evening, and I didn’t want to waste my chance. It was perfect timing because the performer who was there before was just packing up right at that moment. I played for about an hour and a half.
Huckleberry’s is one of my favorite places because of the people who shop there and because the view from my spot is so pretty.
I think tomorrow, I’ll be back at the Dollar Tree/Hastings. Please, Please come and stay awhile and let me know you read this post. I am having fun playing for random passers by, but it would be really groovy to play for more people with a little time on their hands.
#Music #Free #Spokane I’ll be performing in front of Huckleberry’s on Monroe and 10th tonight
Look for me tonight at Huckleberry’s on the South Hill. Performance will start around 6:00pm
There are tables off to the side. Please let me know you came to hear the music, and that you saw this post.
See you later,
Frankie

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and listened tonight. It was a very pleasant evening up by Hastings and the Dollar Tree on 29th. So far that is one of my 3 favorite spots for Street Music.
Here is a link to video of me singing a sea shanty. Fun stuff

Thanks to everyone who stopped by yesterday. It was a very nice outing. I’m finding that when I start later in the evening, I end up connecting with more people. I suppose that will change when the sunset comes earlier.
I’ll probably head out around 6:00pm tonight and play until 8:00pm. I’ll post my destination here and/or on twitter.
Please, if you do come by, stay for a bit and let me know if you follow my blog.
